Returns & problems

Because each clock is printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your clock arrives damaged, or has a printing or manufacturing defect, contact us within days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right.

Yes, one AA battery. It is not included.

There is a hook built into the back. It is for indoor use.
